Saint Patrick’s Day
Saint Patrick’s Day in Dublin is one of the biggest and most enjoyable annual celebrations of the calendar year. People come from far and wide in honour of Ireland’s national saint and to witness the huge street carnival held every year on the 17th March.
Throughout the Saint Patrick’s Festival, Dublin is home to a host of walks, talks and performing arts. You can join workshops in visual arts at Dublin’s galleries or explore the city with a guide. There are photographic and art exhibitions, plays and live readings of some of Dublin’s best-loved literature.
The highlight of the Festival is the Saint Patrick’s Day Parade, which traditionally starts at 12 noon and makes its way from Parnell Street, along O’Connell Street, onto Westmoreland Street right in front of the Westin Dublin, and ends at Wexford Street.
Join us in The Mint Bar this Saint Patrick’s Day for a hand-crafted cocktail from our talented mixologists, a delectable dining experience and live music from local up-and-coming artists.
